Research Process
- Collection of IdeasIdeas are sourced from various channels with a set deadline. Guidance and templates are provided, and researchers coordinate with ADOT champions.
- Organization of IdeasCollected ideas are stored in a centralized repository, organized by themes and relevance for easy access and tracking.
- Sorting and FilteringIdeas are sorted and filtered to determine the appropriate PAC. Only relevant or novel ideas are included, and budgets are reviewed.
- Ranking and Prioritization
Ideas are ranked and prioritized based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals to focus on the most promising ones. - Define Project TracksProject tracks are defined, indicating whether AZTI-recommended researchers or procurement tracks will be used and by whom.
- Steps to Follow at Each TrackDetailed steps are outlined for each track, providing clear actions, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure smooth project progress.
- Awarding Grants
Agreements are signed between researchers and AZTI, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met. - Kickoff
A formal launch meeting is held to brief all stakeholders on project objectives, timelines, and roles, ensuring everyone is prepared to start the project.
